Average people look for quick fixes but not Toppers: --

Imagine you have a garden and there are weeds growing in it. There are two ways of getting rid of weeds one easy and one not easy. The easy way may be to run a lawn mower and the yard looks fine for a while, but that is temporary. Soon the weeds are back. But the not so easy task way may mean getting down on your hands and knees and pulling out the weeds by the roots. It is time consuming and painful, but the weeds will stay away for a longer time. The first solution appeared easy, but the problem remained. The second solution was not so easy, but took care of the problem from the roots. The key is to get to the root of the problem. The same thing is true for our life also.

Similarly, common people wants instant answers. They are looking for quick solution to everything. As say, you are solving questions which you are not getting and then you will check answers and you will say, Yes I know this problem. But if you will be given that question again you will get stuck on it again because here you have adopted temporary weed removal method. This attitude leads to disappointement in the long run. Successful people never adopt a shortcut, they go throughoutly to solve a problem so that they never get stuck in the same question again.
